Hi,
We are traveling back from Venice Italy and we have a connecting flight in Heathrow. We arrive in terminal 5. My mom will be leaving from terminal 5 to the US. Will she have to go through security again? I will be connecting to a different flight from terminal 2 later that day. Would I be able to take her to her gate? Her English is not good so I’m concerned she will get lost. Should I hire a greet and assist to help her get to her gate?
