hey this is mr.syphe 42 out there i was wondering about some of the custom faction and i made a list of questions.
1. if i was make the team out fit do i have to use gear that is only found on the games or can i do complete custom work?
2.the same with weaponry i wanted to go with a Chinese assault rifle that could only fire in bursts need to know if OK with you.
3.can i pick any thing i want as my base? because i was wondering about doing some made up vaults in central commonwealth
